Blender (Curve Hair) "V-Hair Dystopia"

Blender 4.0 - Curve Hair (Rigged for Sims4)

To Use - Append both files to your sim rig (Vhair & Vhairsculpt)

To Edit - Click Hair and then go to sculpt mode and follow these.

You can change the colors

This is just one layer so it might be a little heavy. You can hide when doing poses or follow the yellow settings.
