Blender (Particle Hair) "R-TwinBuns A"

Blender 4.0 - Particle Hair (Rigged for Sims4)

To Use - just append to your sim like any normal hair.

To Edit - just comb in Particle Edit

You can change the colors

Viewport has lesser hair to reduce lag but it should be fine in Render
